straight forward paint job

1. bedroom 10x10. Two coats of white emulsion on ceiling, Two coats of magnolia emulsion on walls. Caulk between ceiling and walls and walls and skirting (if needed). No glossing or paintwork.

2. bedroom 11x 11. As above

3. Hallway. As above

4. Living room. As above

This is a straight forward/ easy job. Was done about three years ago, now just needs freshening up.

I will pay £50 cash per room.

To start job as soon as possible.

Also have a small plastering job/repair in living room that i need done if anyone has the skill and time - price to be discussed.

Generally happy with quality of work undertaken. This Gentleman painted my flat and did a few general repair jobs for me. He is experienced and professional and i would not hestitate to recommend him to others. If i have any DIY jobs in the future, i will call him in the first instance.
