I was responded to quickly and communication was good.
The job appeared straightforward but was more difficult than at first glance - the reasons why were explained clearly and the (minimal) extra cost for calling back was also well explained. I was impressed with the way Andy did some extra jobs unasked (like replacing sealant around a sink) while he waited for a system test to complete.
The cost of the job was very fair and I would definitely employ TRR again.
