I'm looking for someone to do quite a bit of work around my house. I would ideally like someone with the connections to other professions so all this can be done as part of one job. However, equally happy to receive quotes for separate parts of the list below (as long as it is not in the type of 'I can install 1 light switch for you'...).

This is 1998 brick built 2 bed terraced house. The jobs are:

Bathroom

Completely re-do the original one. This includes taking the old one down (inc. plaster walls) and fitting a brand new bath, toilet, sink with unit, electrical chrome radiator, floor to ceiling tiles, ceiling light etc...

Bathroom Size- 180cm L, 200 cm W and 240 cm H

2 fitted wardrobes

One in each bedroom. The small bedroom will require fitting to size, the master bedroom requires one of the existing built-in wardrobes to be knocked down.

Master bedroom Cupboard size- 247cm L, 237cm h and width can be discussed
Smaller Bedroom Cupboard size- 118 cm L, 238cm H and width can be discussed

4 chandeliers

To be replaced with the new ones I bought.

Boiler

Thermostat to be replaced as well as the boiler control unit. Annual boiler check needed (inc. certificate).

Kitchen

Sink to be replaced and maybe extra cabinets to be fitted.

Living room

Radiator to be moved to another location (not too far from from the original one). Also extra phone socket to be installed (sourced from the original one located within) in the storage room adjacent to the living room. Also installation of the cable TV socket is required.

Others

Intake valve of the water tank in the loft to be replaced as it caused the whole piping system to vibrate inside the walls.

Also, the garden light is broken and needs to be replaced with a new one.
