Removal of plaster and replastering of all internal walls up to 1.5mtrs (Bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, lounge).
Fit coving and cornice in kitchen
Remove and replace ceiling boards. Replaster and artex.
Retile bathroom (floor, walls and ceiling).
Repaint all walls and ceilings, door frames and window frames.
