Room 1 210 cm - downstairs
Hallway /Landing 250 cm - upstairs
Bedroom 1 123 cm - upstairs
bedroom 2 123 cm - upstairs
Chasing from light switches
Also possible work in kitchen;
789cm of cable chasing from sockets, lights and air vent.
(Would like decor in hallway after this is done and ceiling in living room re-papered or plastered (14 x 10 feet), happy to accept quotes from someone who can do the whole thing esp if this is more cost effective)
