External works
· Take down one brick or block wall, and remove to skip. Debris to central point for separate removal off site. Disposal cost separate (including basement) 8 m2.
· Collect loose general debris and remove to skip 8 m3.
· Build wall one brick includes sand /cement and incidental materials, all plant and protection. Excluding the material cost of the bricks ( Boundary wall) 6 m2.
· Build wall 100 mm lightweight block work 1 m2.
· P.C. sum for bricks and blocks (Supplier invoice required) including cappings.
· Hack off rendering and remove to skip External wall, External wall surfaces only.
· 19mm rendering two coats to brick or block walls Ext Wall, External wall surfaces only.
· Two coats of stabiliser and two coats of masonry paint External walls.
· Tradesman to erect safety barriers 4 hr.
· Tradesman to install acro-props 4 hr.
· Tradesman extra over time required to take down damaged wall 8 hrs.
· Painter to erect tower 4 hr.
· Pcc sum 2 weeks hire mesh fencing HSS hire code inc delivery 6 nr.
· Pcc sum 2 weeks hire acro props HSS hire code inc delivery 4 nr.
· Pcc sum 3m mobile tower 1 nr.
· Pccsum skip hire 1 nr.
Shop:
· Take down Plasterboard, de-nail timbers to walls or ceilings and remove from site. To include for any preparation and treatments. 10.92 m2.
· Supply and fit standard Plasterboard 12.5mm, skim to walls or ceilings including scrim and angles 10.92 m2.
· Remove from site, insulation ( loose or quilt), includes bagging up in position to remove out of property 10.92 m2.
· Supply and fit new roof insulation - 150 mm insulation quilt 10.92 m2.
· Hack off wall plaster back to masonry 1.5 m2.
· Two coat plaster to walls over 1m2 1.5 m2.
· Skim coat of plaster to Wall or ceiling 1.5 m2.
· Remove existing, Supply and fit Gyproc plaster coving up to 125mm, including all cuts and angles 4.2 LM.
· Two coats emulsion -Existing ceiling 11.76 m2.
· Two coats emulsion - cornice 17.4 LM.
· Two coats emulsion -Existing walls 36.4 m2.
· Two coats stain - narrow width below 300mm 13.2 LM.
· Carefully remove and re fit 1st radiator per room including test and bleed when re fitted (PIA to specifically authorise use).
· Protection per room, Dust sheets and polythene to protect carpets and fixtures. (Floor area of room worked in) 11.76 m2.
· Take up and renew 18 mm thick chipboard flooring, This allows for T& G moisture resistant chip boarding, joints to be staggered, noggins to be provided to un-supported joints 8 m2.
· Remove existing soft wood skirting, supply and fit new. Based on rounded skirting up to 19x100 5.2 LM.
· Strip PVC sheet or tile finishes to floor including wood underlay, any area 26 m2.
· Fit sheet vinyl with adhesive and trims, including adhesive and percentage for wastage 26 m2.
· Remove existing supply and fit new 13a double switched socket.
· Install expanding metal to crack under RH window 2 hr.
· Supply expanding metal 1 m2.
Basement:
· Joiner to re-align 6 number joist and fit noggings and straps to wall 4 hr.
· Pcc sum for timber noggings and metal straps 6 nr.
