knock through room, insert 3 bifolds and bay window

Knock down wall beteen kitchen and living room (wall 5.46 long), reconfigure window and french doors openings to make three sets of bifold doors each 3.0m wide - with brick pillar 50cm wide between each, 1m pillar at each end (ie 1m wall, 3m bifold, 0.5m wall, 3m bifold, 0.5m wall, 3m bifold, 1m wall). In another room knock through wall to make box bay window 3m wide x 1.5m deep - tiled roof to box bay. All windows and bifold doors black aluminium frames (we will probably source these).
