Breaking open and replacing an Argosy garage lock

I've lost my garage key so need to get in and replace lock, I have bought exactly the same lock (Argosy). I have garage contract available for view and garage is currently empty. Need locksmith to break existing lock to get in. Garage is in Cheshire Estate just off Palace Rd and job can be done any time convenient.
