small works in loft conversion required for completion cert

1. Extend landing at top of stairs, needs small partition, then door/frame to be built again.
2. Shower room requires extractor fan.
3. Front roof slope requires roof void ventilation.
4. 2nd fl waste requires rodding access & proper support.
5. Access door to boiler needs to be insulated.

installed extractor fan in bathroom,fitted vents in sloping roof, built partition and refitted door & frame,extended waste pipe for sink and fitted rollers for shower door in 3 days. I would have given a (4 - Good) but unfortunately the finish on the woodwork was not a very good standard. Shame, other than that pleased with the rest of work.
