Repair to my bathroom is required following damage caused by a leak. The current situation is that the bath-panel in the bathroom has been removed, to allow visibility of the affected area, as well as several tiles (approx 15).
Work required will be at a minimum a repair of the tile-work, and repair of the bathroom units to a high standard, however more work (e.g. re-plastering) may be required depending on the assessment of the tradesman.
I believe that the leak. was caused by cracks in the original tile grout
