I have an L shaped retaining wall in my garden which is 1.25m in height. It measures 3m across and at one end it has another 1m wall running at a right angle to it. The small 1m segment of the wall is for decoration only and not actually part of the retaining wall, it is one brick thick, it has some soil behind it for plants. I want it removed. Once the 1m wall and soil (volume is 1x1.25x0.3m) is removed the 3m wall will need continued across by 0.3m - this extension of the wall be part of the retaining wall.

There is access at the back of the property.

I want the builder to remove all the soil and rubble out the back gate, and provide the material for the new segment of retaining wall.
