Toilet and boiler repair and central tap installation

Dear all,
We are looking for a trustworthy plumber for the following jobs:
1. The flushing system on our toilet currently needs replacing
2. The temperature dial for the hot water on our Vaillant boiler has broken (plastic snapped), so the water temperature cannot currently be regulated. We are looking for a plumber who can replace the dial, and carry out a general check of the boiler (plumber should be corgi-certified for this job)
3. We need a central water tap installed, so that the water supply can be turned off when required
4. We also need a condensation waste pipe installed on the boiler, to stop condensation dripping when the boiler is switched on (plumber should be corgi-certified for this job)
We live in Fulham and are the flat owners.
