Mar 2013: Andy came out and gave me a good quote. He explained what the job entailed very clearly. The work was more complicated than expected, but he only charged for the extra materials I needed. Extremely professional, excellent work – finished to a high standard. I will definitely be using TRR again – 10/10 for service. I would highly recommend this company to all my family and friends.

Mar 2013: I was responded to quickly and communication was good.
The job appeared straightforward but was more difficult than at first glance - the reasons why were explained clearly and the (minimal) extra cost for calling back was also well explained. I was impressed with the way Andy did some extra jobs unasked (like replacing sealant around a sink) while he waited for a system test to complete.
The cost of the job was very fair and I would definitely employ TRR again.
