Our service ranging from structural changes, plumbing and wiring alteration, to room shaping joinery , plasterwork and finally all aspects of paintwork- we carrying all works under full insurance policy, according to Building Standards and proper workmanlike manners. Our experience comes from building & renovation traditions in Poland, Germany and Austria. For 12 years now our works are carried out in Scotland. Answers:
If all water supplies and waste pipes where installed correctly- measured to right height/ position) then positioning and direct connecting with isolator valves, traps should not take more than few hours ( depending on previous pipes positioning accuracy). if you have vanity units for whb & toilet it also required extra time for alteration and positioning. in summary it should take from 4-6 hours if pre installation works has been done well .
In situation where i design bathroom for my clients and are asked for proposed goods supply then i need to be paid up front for those materials ( bank transfer best option). therefore depending on total project value reasonable is to arrange payment schedule. where i trust my client and work schedule is small i will not see a problem to be paid where work is completed. however best option is to be paid weekly where x% of works done x % of price paid.
For me its simple: johnstone or mcpherson: i found right balance between paint covering performance, durability and its price. using one bright color all threw out the property will save time and money for further touch ups and will optically open up any small room.
