“Do NOT use this builder. A TERRIBLE job. Serious leaks from both bathrooms. One ceiling fell down (not fixed) & the other\'s coming down so an ACTUAL plumber can assess the massive problems. Have to rip out the shower he installed incorrectly (& re plumb as waste full of grout), re-do most of the tiling, rip out bathroom cupboards (do not even open), re-do ALL the UNSAFE electrics, replace the loo he broke. Carpets wrecked as no protection used. Threatened us with a tool to force payment.”
