Top Lofts UK is a family run business that specialises mainly in roofing and loft conversions. We also have a good range of multi tradesmen which enables us to move into other fields of work. We are registered with FMB (federal master builders) and have all the correct insurances

Top Lofts UK has been running for over 15 years now, we have tradesmen with over 30 years experience in the building game. Although we are specialists in loft conversions and roofing we also do a lot of extensions, conservatories, plastering, renovations, flooring and much much more.

Hello,
an average loft conversion will normally take 5-6 weeks however the size of the dormer and interior work can vary and see it go considerably over the time in question. to be exact we would have to come and measure the loft etc to give a accurate estimation.

To be totally honest it all comes down to how long the job will take, at the measurements stated just for labour i would say £800 + 20% £960 all in
