“Marc completed our house refurbishment which included a new bathroom, new kitchen and flooring (carpet and Amtico). I'm more than happy to give this reference as Marc was tidy, kept to time frames and competatively priced. I've also called him when a few other bits in the house needed doing e.g. shelves and building a flat pack from Ikea.”

It's easy to work out just allow 3-5 pounds per m2 that will cover all adhesive spacers and trims. can't go far wrong on that scale...... good luck
