Window handles, extractor fan in the kitchen, drawer fixed - Handyman job in Balham Hill

“Gavin looks like he is a nice guy, he was very proactive at the beginning and we organised a viewing for the next day. He tried to fixed few things and then we agreed he will come next time once he buy all the materials. He canceled the visit two times and then didn?t turn up not even left a message. I am very disappointed and don?t recommend him.”

Yes 15cm is pretty deep, i would use 3x2 cls timber with studs at 450mm or 600mm centred apart and noggins at 400mm centred. but this would all depend on the insulation level you require.
Leyland superlex emulsion for walls and oil based satin for woodwork (water base if you want a quick drying time) but i prefer oil base finish.
Is your consumer unit metal or plastic?
Hi, unibond is a brand of pva bonding glue and can be used for many things one of which is mixing with a bit of water and white emulsion paint, use this on your walls to create a seal and also to get a better covering when it come to applying your other coats of paint. as for getting rid of small marks... i dont think so. if its pen marks that just keep coming through the paint then i would touch those areas with a bit of oil based undercoat. as for small dinks in the wall i would use a bit of filler on each and everyone.
Hi, you can remove the grout and re grout.
