History:

For the past 12 years I spend my time as a handyman offering a comprehensive range of odd jobs and services.

Over the years, I have enjoyed painting and decorating, plumbing, electric works such as changing light fittings and extending wall plugs, building a wooden gate, building a decking area, building flower pots with decking boards, gardening, etc...

I am also a qualified electrician.

Showerroom Remodel - Bathroom fitting job in Bromley By Bow

“HandymanTK was great to work with. They did our shower room remodel and it went fantastic. LOVE my new shower room. I picked out all items, from the tile to the extractor fan and they just did the labour. Worked out great for the pocketbook. While they were there, I had them do about 4 other misc jobs simultaneously. They added a much needed electric to my shed, patched a large hole from an old ceiling fan, added exterior CCTV, and opened up an area above a closet. Overall, I was very pleased and plan to have them do another projects in the near future.”

No. this is due to movement. if this is a recent extension then the foundation may still be adjusting. when last was the walls plastered?
Laying laminate over tiles floor
As you are planning to sell, you can go ahead an laminate on top of the tile. you definitely need to underlay. you will need a door strip between the kitchen and living room.
