It may just need to be rubbed down, undercoat and then painted
After a while it may start showing signs of wear, there maybe other options other than skirting but would need to see it first.
If the company is insured then a copy of the certificate could be made available. in most cases small jobs are not as bad for insurance.
We would recommend rubbing down the doors and applying gloss, there is also a primer then gloss.
Yes this is possible but to get the best finish rub down walls first.
