Aug 2011: Paul and his team came to render my house - worked hard and seemed to do a good job. I paid him in cash (did not get a receipt - foolish, I know) with the promise he would return the next day to finish off bits and pieces and bring proper receipt. He did not turn up. He rang a few days later and made another appointment. He did not turn up. He has failed to answer my emails or telephone calls and now the rendering is cracking and parts of it obviously need replacing.
