Dec 2010: Very happy with the service provided, competitive quote and good work with the fencing we had done. They were also very helpful in providing general advice and going out of their way to help with selecting material, etc. We will definitely use them again - we were planning to install double radiators and they gave us the most competitive quote but then we decided to keep the single ones for now...however we will definitely be calling them again in the future - great lads and good workers!

Nov 2010: Were the fastest to reply. Gave reasonable quote and for me they replaced a broken electric shower quickly. Explained changes which needed to be done and when I could use the shower again. Happy with work. Would use again.

Apr 2010: Retiled my bathroom and installed a sink. Ilir and his assistant were professional, considerate, and helpful. They accomodated a few changes as we went along. We would (and hopefully will) use them again.

Feb 2010: Ilir and his team were thorough and efficient. His quote was reasonable and he was clearly able to explain what he was going to do and how it would be done. He refited a radiator in my hallway and plastered the wall. The quality of the work was good and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him.

Jul 2009: Very pleased with the service, supplying and erecting a garden fence and removing a heap of garden rubbish. They did a nice job on the fence and made the amendments we requested after the job without any problems. They were pleasant chaps to deal with and we have already got a quote from them for a second job

Nov 2008: Very nice people to deal with. Trustworthy, punctual and pleasant. The guys did a complete bathroom re-furb for me in a week including new suite, extraction fan, tiling and flooring. Very neat tiling and the slate floor was a very good job. Will def employ the guys again to do my kitchen!

Nov 2008: i had ilir and his business tile my kitchen & floor recently & found them fast, efficient, competitively priced and polite. also out of all the qoutes i had he was the only one who took out a tape measure and used it for the qoute, would recommend and would use again.

Oct 2008: I had ALB remove and subsequently repair 120ft of garden fence. They were very professional, prompt and kept good lines of communication. In addition they were clean and friendly - even helping my neighbour with a problem. I would recommend them and use them again if a job arises.

Oct 2008: Illea and team were excellent. Quotation was within my expectations.Quality of work without doubt very good.They were prompt and completed the work on time. They used their initiative to decide on extras, bought the extra material, and submitted receipt rather than waiting for me to give approval. Will consider using them in the future.

Sep 2008: Had some tiling and leak fixing done by them. Very prompt ,friendly and did a great job . They even bought all the required materials and went out again to buy more stuff that was required. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND them and we'll definitely use them again.

The standard of work was excellent. I would use them again and trust them entirely. They treat you fairly. They were pleasant and considerate to have around. They worked quickly and worked hard.

Aug 2008: We appointed ALB Building Service to install a new door in place of a window in our living room, install new radiators and plaster the walls. They gave us a competitive quote for the work and did a fantastic job! They accomodated all our requests ensuring that the job is done was done to spec. We are very pleased with everything Ilir and his team did and will be happy to use them again in the future.

Jul 2008: These guys were amazing. They came out in a good number and got the job done in record time. I was refurbishing an entire 2 bed flat, they took out my entire old kitchen and bathroom and fitted new ones, refurbished the doors and walls, painted the entire flat, and fitted my fireplace and chandeleirs too all at a great price. I have been recommending them to friends and family. Would definitely use them again!

Illir and his team from ALB building service did a great job on my 3-bed house including a complete electrical rewire,plastering, tiling, kitchen fitting, laminate flooring and a partition wall, amongst many varied odds and ends. They took care of everything I asked for capably and at a reasonable cost. Issues were communicated clearly and resolved effortlessly. Friendly, reliable and dedicated to a job well done.

Jan 2008: ALB extended our hallway wall and redid our bathroom. This included electrics and plumbing. They did a great job, at a great price, finished within deadline and followed up. They consulted us before doing any necessary work we hadn\'t discussed, and left everything clean and tidy. We wouldn\'t hesitate to use ALB again or recommend them.

Nov 2007: Found company to be very professional from beginning to end, they carried out their work in a timely manner with neat clean finishes. I also found that they were multi-skilled and I was able to give them a plumbing job as well as my original request for carpentry work.
