Sep 2009: The diretor was sincere and honest (not trying to bamboozle me with things I didn't want) and indeed suggested I had another 10 years in my power wiring unlike other quoters). His boys did the job professionally and to a high standard, always keeping me in the picture. They made minimum mess, cleaned up at the end of every day and I ended up with only 4 bits o plastering to repaint (the guys plastered the wall for me too afterwards). 10/10 would definitely recommend
