“Courteous, punctual, extremely skilled and a dedicated family man. Never fazed by unexpected setbacks – when problems arose, he stuck with the job rather than disappearing to juggle other jobs. He also passed on to us every penny of the brilliant discount he obtained on the boiler. Such a treasure we’d like to keep him for ourselves, but that wouldn’t be fair - our only fear is that he’ll get so much work he won\'t want to come back to this lovely old house with its lovely old plumbing!”
