we have received an excellent service from this contractor. Our company has been using the above contractor for the past 18 months to complete various works throughout a number of properties we complete repairs within this work varies from small domestic repairs to full refurbishments. Mr Tossoun has always completed works he has undertaken within the deadlines and worked in an efficient and professional manner to meet their contracted requirements for projects.

Owen Gallagher completed a garage renovation for us as well as laying a new driveway which involves moving substantial amounts of earth and rubbish from the garden. The renovation work involved putting in new plasterboard ceiling and walls, windows, fitting a new toilet/shower suite, tiling etc and sorting out building regs .I found him and his team to be reliable, hardworking and honest. Any minor snagging issues were promptly dealt with. Owen also carried out some ground work in the garden, removing hardcore, laying new turf and completely re-fencing the garden perimeters. This work was carried out, as before, to Owen's very high standards.

This company was brilliant. The guys are hard working, polite and skillful. Really pleased with the work that has been done. They tidied up and took all the rubbish promptly.I can recommend them.

Really happy with Darren, he knew how important the job was to me, so squeezed it in between jobs. He also said he’d work Saturday & Sunday if necessary (it wasn’t). He’s a rare form of builder as he turns up on time and works a full day although he like tea with two sugars to keep him going. Will be using him for other work I need doing.

Quit halfway through the project after deciding "go for cake" and not turning up. After starting well, David went completely berserk midway through the project, not turning up and deciding to start another job. He the demanded to be paid before completing the job (after not turning up for the day), and then quit, leaving a half completed wall. For no reason than he just decided not to show up

General clearing, laid extensive patio and path system. General building work on a 10m by 5 m double glazed pool house.

I am totally satisfied at the workmanship; the transformation of my 3-bed house is unbelievable. The reliability and polite and caring manner in which the work was carried out. Over the work I have decide to ask Kris to do another part of renovation my house, the wooden floor and again I was fully satisfied. MSI refurbishments did an excellent job for us, They remodeled the ground floor of a Victorian house to provide a new kitchen and ground floor toilet and cloakroom. This involved several trades. Nothing was too much trouble and they were punctual and worked through continuously.

Nash has almost renovated our entire home at this point! From the first day we met him we knew he was a super reliable, professional and very skilled workman. He has done a fantastic job on every job we’ve done with him (renovated our bathroom, our basement and now our entire kitchen). Highly recommend!

They did an excellent job, only took the time they said and were very careful not to damage anything and moved the furniture carefully. They always cleaned up as they went along and were friendly and efficient.
