Really disappointed And upset with the service I have recieved. First he over charged me £600 to replace a 2 metre long pipe which I eventually got down to £425 which is still over priced what he did. He then never disposed of the piping and left his rubbish on my property? Please be careful when you use this man as I was truly ripped off and made fun of.

Lakhvir was recommended to me by another builder who I had used previously for 2 major jobs. The job I had done was replacing flagstones on driveway, plus removal of rockery to extend width of driveway. Lakhvir was very good with communication via message and email from the start and throughout the project. He arrived promptly at all times and did a full days work. He always spoke with me and checked that what he was doing was correct and to the right standard. He listened to any changes which I wanted him to make and did these accordingly. He was always very respectful in his manner. The standard of the work was excellent and Lakhvir always took time and paid great attention to detail to ensure high standards were maintained. He provided me with a payment schedule which was fair and reasonable and his overall price was extremely competitive compared to other builders who had given me quotes. I would totally recommend Lakhvir and would approach him again in the future if I have any other building work which is needed.

Very good quality job - shed looks like new, even painted the shed exterior as part of the works.

All work was done to a satisfactory standard. Lee was only let down by tradesmen not turning up putting others behind, although replacements were arranged ASAP. Any hickups were sorted straight away and all rubbish was cleared away

Jeff came and quoted my kitchen the same day I spoke to him over the phone, he supplied everything made me feel very at ease with the whole experience, very professional, so happy with the work completed will 100% use again if I need any work doing! Defo reccomend! You would not be disappointed.

Very polite and professional. explained everything before proceeding at each stage of the job and managed to avoid damaging tiles where previous workers had used masses of silicone. Did a callback to check everything working. Recommended. .
