I've just had a new rubber flat roof put on by Jamie. I fell ill with a serious condition between him bringing the materials and starting the job and I was in hospital when he started. Jamie was very helpful and responsible and did a very nice job so I didn't have to worry about that at least. When I was discharged they were tidying up and everything was fine. I would definitely use him again

Can not fault him in any way. Have had do all that I asked & he is now going to do outside work. Sociable polite friendly & never been let down. Would recommend him to anyone as I did someone before & he was v happy with his price & work.

Complete new house roof with ventilation and flat garage roof replacement carried out. Excellent quality work carried out over approximately 5 days. All the personnel I dealt with (in person and by phone) were very courteous and professional. Top marks to the lads as well carrying out the work in quite cold conditions (late November).

good job of work , however not upfront with costs and radiator and sink continues to leek. Not returned as yet to resolve 7 weeks after the job has been completed

Although frustrated by the weather, after 2 dry days he was able to get the repair done. All in all a very competent tradesman who did a great job for a fair price.

Ive had a great experience as a costumer with Kokoshi. He has done a great job with painting of 3 bedrooms. One thing I did notice is that he was very strict with leavening his working area clean and tidy I continue to be a regular costumer as he is very trusting and precise with his work. Our Bathroom was in desperate need of a major overhaul, we were a little worried as the job was a big job considering all the other aspects that needed to be accounted for, however Jason and Lewis made it stress free and easy, We had chosen specific tiles and items to be installed and they both worked endlessly to complete the work for us to a incredibly high standard. They completed the job start to finish which helped as we then didn’t need to find several other trades to complete the work… Jason completed the removal and re plastering of walls and tiling etc then the installation of the new basin, toilet, shower and free standing bath. I would highly recommend to all and never hesitate to call again or refer to others. A pleasure to have working in the house. Thanks again Dave
