Lakhvir was recommended to me by another builder who I had used previously for 2 major jobs. The job I had done was replacing flagstones on driveway, plus removal of rockery to extend width of driveway. Lakhvir was very good with communication via message and email from the start and throughout the project. He arrived promptly at all times and did a full days work. He always spoke with me and checked that what he was doing was correct and to the right standard. He listened to any changes which I wanted him to make and did these accordingly. He was always very respectful in his manner. The standard of the work was excellent and Lakhvir always took time and paid great attention to detail to ensure high standards were maintained. He provided me with a payment schedule which was fair and reasonable and his overall price was extremely competitive compared to other builders who had given me quotes. I would totally recommend Lakhvir and would approach him again in the future if I have any other building work which is needed.

All work was done to a satisfactory standard. Lee was only let down by tradesmen not turning up putting others behind, although replacements were arranged ASAP. Any hickups were sorted straight away and all rubbish was cleared away

From the first contact Roy was polite, and very professional. He gave me precise feedback about the state of my Chimney, having climbed to the roof to see for himself, taking pictures for me to see the problem. He was clear and precise about the repairs he felt were needed to make the roof safe and gave clear and concise information about the cost of repair and timescales, all of which were met. Exellent work.

I contacted Simon for a quote to have fitted cupboards in a new utility room. Simon came to quote and provided a quote on the same day. The price was reasonable so agreed to book the job. Simon attended the agreed time and day.. He hit a snag quite early on. I did not receive a plan with the fitted cupboards and because there were quite a few cupboards it made his very difficult.. Simon was very patient and managed to work without them.. I can say he worked very on all 3 days and did an absolutely brilliant job.. There were other challenges he came up against, but it never phased and always found a way round it. He went above and beyond and cannot thank him enough. I would have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends.

I would highly recommend. Michael was really professional, our bathroom kept getting damp due to the amount of condensation in there and needed an extractor. We also needed a new light fitting as ours was from the 80s and unsafe. We was talked through all the options available to us for both the extractor fan and lights. He sent us over a price later that night. Michael was very punctual, polite and he left the place clean and tidy. We are really pleased with the results and will 100% use him again in future.
