Having bought a large victorian house in need of updating we needed a builder who would be able to renovate the property. This involved removing/ adding bathrooms, new plumbing, heating and electrics, removal of walls, new sash windows and doors, plastering, tiling, work on the roof/chimneys and a new kitchen. Paul Mitchell and is team did an excellent job to a very high standard. A challenging project as the house is in a conservation area Paul worked well with the planning officer and building control to meet our deadlines and create a home thats a nice mix of victorian character and the contemporary. With a very good local knowledge he was also able to recommend a local architect for us and help us source thing such as reclaimed floorboards etc. We are now using him to convert a double garage to provide extra living space and remodel the garden area outside. Would be happy to recommend him for any project.

Owen Gallagher completed a garage renovation for us as well as laying a new driveway which involves moving substantial amounts of earth and rubbish from the garden. The renovation work involved putting in new plasterboard ceiling and walls, windows, fitting a new toilet/shower suite, tiling etc and sorting out building regs .I found him and his team to be reliable, hardworking and honest. Any minor snagging issues were promptly dealt with. Owen also carried out some ground work in the garden, removing hardcore, laying new turf and completely re-fencing the garden perimeters. This work was carried out, as before, to Owen's very high standards.

Venice Construction did excellent job by removing chimney and fixing roof afterwards. Respectful attitude. Was pleasure to deal with. My neighbours used they service as well.

We highly recommend Craig and his team from House Doctors. Craig is very knowledgeable and professional, nothing is too much trouble. We are definitely using Craig for the continuing renovation work in our home, which includes the installation of a kitchen and a bathroom.

I can recommend Wayne to others as I was more than satisfied with the job his team carried out. The porch really looks good and all that have seen it have given the thumbs up. Michael was very helpful, punctual and professional. He helped find the source of damp coming into the shower room by taking down the tiles and boarding to reveal the back.

installed extractor fan in bathroom,fitted vents in sloping roof, built partition and refitted door & frame,extended waste pipe for sink and fitted rollers for shower door in 3 days. I would have given a (4 - Good) but unfortunately the finish on the woodwork was not a very good standard. Shame, other than that pleased with the rest of work.

I have been struggling for 1-2 years to find a reliable tradesman for any work at my property in the London SW19 area. I needed (1) a storage room to be knocked down to make a bedroom bigger, and (2) a wall to be lowered to make the hall brighter, all including plastering and sanding for a smooth finish. Wito and his crew came with good feedback and were indeed fast, reliable, clean, in contact for updates - quite a difference from my previous tradesmen. Well done!

Excellent job was done in my house by Nick and his team. They worked on chimney breast removal and also did a support on the loft for remaining stack. David did an excellent job of moving my aerial cables for me. He was polite and very professional and very reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to hire him for any other jobs I may have in the future.

Kersley was very courteous and professional, and did a great job of plastering up a cracked wall pier. He also stepped in to assist with another problem, involving my burglar alarm, that arose while he was there, which was much appreciated! Will use again.

John Ryan provided a summary quote for some proposed external house re-painting, repointing and internal re-decoration. His inspection and subsequent quote preparation was received quickly. He was shortlisted by the freeholders to complete the work following receipt of all quotes. His price was competitive but the work has not been started due to the weather, but he will be contacted again in the Spring once the scope of work is finalised by the freeholders.

From start to finish Marcin, Natalia and their team have been thoroughly professional in the planning, implementation and carrying out all aspects of the job. What started out as a reasonable small job has turned into a major job. Roof terrace, bathroom, mezzanine floor with a second phase planned for next year. I would have no hesitation in recommending Galeon for any job large or small. They just take it in their stride. Very pleased, Very satisfied with the work. 5 stars......
