From the first contact Roy was polite, and very professional. He gave me precise feedback about the state of my Chimney, having climbed to the roof to see for himself, taking pictures for me to see the problem. He was clear and precise about the repairs he felt were needed to make the roof safe and gave clear and concise information about the cost of repair and timescales, all of which were met.
