He was prompt with his replies (seemingly quite rare in my previous experiences), and always arrived when he said that he would. He worked quietly and diligently to get the jobs completed, and seemed extremely dedicated to his work. Completed a EICR and cost £80 for a one bedroom flat. Communication was good. The report was a bit incomprehensive for me with a lot of 'electrical' words. Took some time to give me a quote for any work to remedy and fix the EICR
