We chose Racso not only because their estimate was the lowest, but because Oskar was prompt in terms of his communication and not remotely pushy. Throughout the build, I found Oskar and his team professional, conscientious and easy to deal with. One of the plus points about Racso is that the whole team is multi-talented, so valuable time was not wasted waiting for another contractor to turn up. To say we're thrilled with the kitchen is an understatement. Highly recommend!

At first, we were hesitant to commit to Buildfast4U to do our house project because we only found the company online and we have no personal reference about their works. We have found Mr Farooq Malik and his team of Kent Developers builders/workmen very professional. We are very pleased with their work and finish. They had done my loft conversion with dormer, Rear Kitchen Extention and Garden House. I would recommend them for the job.

Very good builder and knowledgeable. Bogdan has produced an excellent result to a high standard with real attention to detail at a competitive price. He built a Kitchen extension for us and refurbished the house. A hard worker who was courteous, reliable and respectful to our home. A pleasure to deal with and now highly recommended by us. He will be returning in the near future to do some other work as a result of the quality of the work already carried out by him.

Taylor'd Building Services built our garage extension. Its a family business run by Simon who has his sons working for him. I was absolutely delighted with the result & the manner in which they worked. From the initial quote to the final day of work - Simon kept us updated throughout & more importantly, kept to the timeline he originally agreed. All of the boys were very courteous to my wife & always kept the site clean & tidy. I would have no hesitation recommending them to others.

I'm extremely happy Supernick has done my 2story extension. Nick and the team have a lot of experience and assisted me throughout the whole process. They totally deserve their five-star rating and I already recommended them to everyone I know.The job wasn't easy at all but Nick has managed everything very well and I can't describe how happy my wife and I are with the job done. Gave Virgil and his team the contract to build a large extension. Quick, skilled and competitively priced. Really liked their approach and also gave additional work to them. They knew what to do and were always there when they said they would be! Will be looking to use them in the future too.

We called Ritesh and asked his expert opinion, he was good and helpful from the minute we met him. Very genuine and trustworthy builder. The job is up to the standard and we are happy.

I trusted hector he said I ll do demolition than pay me. 2hrs of work he asked me for cash when I said no until you finish he asked me to transfer ?5000.00 into his account to hire equipment I refused than he Refuse to come back than I transfer ?1000.00 but next day he hired a skip and ask for an other ?1000.00 in total he done 4hrs work and refuse to finish what he promised to do I'll send a picture of what he done left us in the rain coming through the door. We are very disappointed

Damian and the team at London Prestige Bathrooms have built my family a beautiful double storey side extension. The build started in October 2017 and finished in March 2018, they managed to build an additional 140 sq meters of living area and 4 bathrooms in this time. They work very hard including weekends if needed and were always on time. Damian has extensive knowledge and always offered great ideas to ensure the highest quality of build and finish. I cant recommend Damian and his team enough, they took allot of pain out of this and times difficult project and delivered on time and within budget. I am happy to act as a reference and also show his work at my home upon request. Thank you Damian and team for all your have done and always with a smile as well as a 'Can Do' attitude.

Offered Excellent advise and came early. Very reasonable quote. Need to talk to him again as I have got some new requirement which I did not discuss with him before.

Anton and Eusebio have worked really hard on realising our project. They were reliable and trustworthy workers who were able to build our project to our high level specifications. Also they were really nice people to deal with, always making sure we were happy with the quality of the work and flexible if minor alterations were required. I highly recommend anton and eusebio for any building work. i will definitively hire them again for our future projects.

The guys came early morning and by the end of the day the brickwork was done ( the building is 5x10x3metres). Happy with the quality and their attitude, would definitely recommend.
