Firstly I would like to say Chris and his team were brilliant. From the start, demolishing an old wooden utility and digging the foundations laying the floor, building a matching house brick utility, roof, plastering and electrical.All in compliance with building regulations. The project came in on time and within quote. Excellent job well done. Would definitely recommend.

Contacted Mr Scott Marshal as required a ground floor extension in order to create an open plan kitchen. His work is done in a professional manor, organized and an all round nice person always prepared to work with me in the progression of my needs to complete job. Always leaving the site clean and tidy.

My extension job for my house has been completed. The Company started the job using a digger to remove a lot of mud and also digging foundations using the machine. They were involved in the job and a truck that came to pour cement into the trench. Before they had put steel boxes in the trenches.The following day, 2 people started building with blocks and bricks making walls. I thank for the architectural drawings and structural drawings, I ma very happy and really appreciated.

For the duration of the project, communication was fantastic, keeping me informed at all times about what was going on and what was happening next. Even building control passed comment about the high quality of workman ship. We have asked Chris to refurbish our bathroom and him and his team are currently doing a job for my sister.
