Design and Build Ltd were very professional and courteous. The ceilings they repaired after leak damage was of an excellent finish. We would definitely use them again or recommend them.

I wouldn't recommend him. The work he did was very poor quality . It was very disapointing and the whole experience was not good.

Good job from the contractor, very prompt and called and sent photos to show works were done. Just wish I got more opp to approve install of second alarm.

Norik and his guys refurbished the front of my house, plastered, painted and decorated my hall and landing , laid solid wood flooring throughout the hall and living room - all in two weeks !!! The quality of the work and attention to detail was second to none and they even finished off some work previous tradesmen had done and repaired a couple of things ! They were a pleasure to have around and I've booked them to do my next project . Throughly recommend . Don't want to use anyone else .

Cancelled work on the day without telling me until I called him to find out where he was. Understand emergency work on other building sites can pop up but I would expect a call to inform me instead of me having to chase up. Prompt reply to initial request to look at roof and came here on time but then quite hard to nail down a date for the work (Which he then didn't turn up to).

I recommend Sejad without reserve. He is a very competent and experienced builder who can tackle most jobs and do each of them to an excellent standard. He is also very good at planning how jobs should be done, works very quickly, is very reliable and a pleasure to have around.

Lee was the plasterer on the job he was very professional, did an excellent job and cleaned up completely after the work was complete. A very competitive price too. Would recommend. Thanks to Mick the boss, hope to do more business with you in the near future.

I was extremely happy with some plastering work they did for me at short notice, the quote, service and finished work was excellent. They did what they said they would do and were very professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Nigel has done a brilliant job renovating my 4-bed house to get it ready for sale. He can tackle anything- plastering , painting, electrics, plumbing, installing new bathrooms and kitchens and is great at coming up with ideas which will work. He works very hard, is cheerful, totally reliable, and will take the time to tidy up afterwards. I am delighted to recommend Nigel for any project and will certainly be calling on him for help in my new place.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Polish Painters and Decorators again. Top class service, from beginning to end. A reasonable quote and the job did not go over-budget. The work carried out was professional and to a high standard. They worked extremely hard. Impressed that they completed the job on time without compromising their work, which was of such a high standard. Clean, tidy courteous builders with a pride in their work. Can't rate them highly enough.

Paul did a great job with our plastering, we're really pleased with the end result. A nice guy, works efficiently and communicates well. Would happily recommend him to anyone else.

The room had a fire in it and needed stripping back and re plastering. The plaster boards on the ceiling had to be taken down and removed. Fresh plasterboard had to be put back up and plastered along with all the walls. The plastering was carried out by two guys who did a great job and tidied up at the end of their shift even though we were not living in the property at the time. The only criticism is that the quote given was not the final price because apparently the job had over run so we had to negotiate at the end of the job to sort that out so make sure the quote is the final price no matter how long the job takes.

The whole system worked very well and i was delighted with the result.

Ricky was quick to respond to the job and offered a competitive price and a date which was much earlier than expected. On the day he did an excellent job plastering over an unsightly artex ceiling for me with consideration for the cleanliness of the room. He was reliable, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend.

Did plastering paint job through them. Nice polite and accommodating guys. Did quick job. Overall good results. Not happy with few corners but otherwise good. Reasonable rates and reliable. I will recommend them and will not hesitate to call them again.
