Anthony did an excellent job fixing my two bathrooms. In one he built a new walk in cubicle and shower and cleaned the tiles so it now almost looks like a showroom bathroom. In the other he put in a power shower and some new tiles. He also set new kitchen floor tiles and fixed a light switch. Everything was done quickly and nothing was too much trouble. Would strongly recommend.

I arranged for a site visit. He confirmed and then turned up almost 30 minutes late. When I eventually found him, he was sitting on my front door step smoking. I gave him the chance to apologise, he didn’t. When I pointed out he hadn’t contacted me, he pointed to his bike and then made a load of ridiculous excuses. When I asked him to leave he became annoyed. Dreadful person, rude and unreliable.

Billy and his mate called today and sorted out my longstanding sink troubles. Thank you guys! I thoroughly recommend this excellent service and will call Billy again if the need arises. 10/10

I recently had a pipe joint and copper pipe replaced by Tony Carroll. I was extremely pleased with his work, punctuality and the very reasonable price quoted. Arrow Gas acted very professionally throughout and turned up as advised on time. The work was carried our very efficiently and competently, and I felt safe and at ease with the plumber in my house. I have had a lot of work carried out over the years and met many trades-persons, the five star rating is not given lightly, it is thoroughly deserved. I would highly recommend Arrow Gas.

Maj came to our house to fit a shower pump and all the pipes required for an upstairs and downstairs shower. The first thing that struck me was how open and friendly he is; and quite self deprecating, which was interesting as his work is first class. To look at the way he has installed the pipes, considering how difficult the spaces were, was a true work of art. And amazingly cheap too. Oh, and he made every effort to do the work at times that suited us, even though that meant that for a couple of evenings he was with us until midnight! It sounds like I?m exaggerating my review here, but I have never employed a tradesman that I would recommend more than Maj!
