We called royalflush a couple days ago now regarding our toilet issue. It's has not leaked for years and out of no where it wouldn't stop flooding the bathroom. With calling royalflush he arrived at my property in around 8-9mins to resolve my problem and replace all parts in my toilet as I was worried. Would recommend him to anyone so friendly and brilliant workman certainly knows what he's doing! Very fast as well!

Maj came to our house to fit a shower pump and all the pipes required for an upstairs and downstairs shower. The first thing that struck me was how open and friendly he is; and quite self deprecating, which was interesting as his work is first class. To look at the way he has installed the pipes, considering how difficult the spaces were, was a true work of art. And amazingly cheap too. Oh, and he made every effort to do the work at times that suited us, even though that meant that for a couple of evenings he was with us until midnight! It sounds like I?m exaggerating my review here, but I have never employed a tradesman that I would recommend more than Maj!

Arrived on time, and wore Gloves and Mask during this pandemic. very friendly and professional. got the job done in a hour and was gone before i could even offer a drink. would definitely hire again for a job.

Thoroughly recommended. Excellent communication throughout, reliable, tidy, polite and punctual. Found a workaround solution instead of pushing for the hard-sell, which will ensure MSI Refurbishments will be my first choice next time... New bathroom, here I come!
