Darren is simply superb !!!. Presently I am abroad and my job is always taking me away, that is where someone such as Darren is God sent. He delivered excellent job inside the flat and outside on the garden with very good materials in my absence. I will recommend Beenrecommended to anyone at anytime for a job if Darren says he can handle the job. His charges are modest compared to his excellent skills. Very punctual to work and very productive everyday. I hopefully have another job for him.

They knocked through our kitchen & dining room to create an open plan room. This involved taking down walls, fitting steels, levelling the floor & replacing the ceilings, new plumbing & wiring & relocating the boiler. Then fitting a new kitchen. They worked with the designer & building regs throughout. We subsequently got them back to replace our deck with composite decking

MSI Refurbishments, Mike Judge renovated our studio in Norwood. Laminate floor, new bathroom, new kitchen, lights, decoration. Honest. He provided honest and transparent information when quoting and throughout the whole process. Excellent communication. Easy to talk too about all aspects of the renovation. Trustworthy. Work was carried out within promised time frame and at price agreed. He contacted us regularly to be sure that we agreed every work. We will call him again for all our works.

Vasilica and his team were fantastic. They completed a full renovation of my four-bedroom house. They replaced the roof and rendered the exterior wall. They also gutted the interior of the property and completed a full redecoration/refurbishment which included installing a new kitchen and bathroom, decorating all bedrooms and the hallway and restoring original wooden floorboards across the entire property. Vasilica has a great range of highly skilled professionals working with him so every trade was covered. They have excellent workmanship, and a great attention to detail. They were reliable, hard working and took great pride in in performing their tasks to a high spec. They kept to the agreed schedule and delivered within budget. Double garage conversion into a bathroom and a home office.

Andrzej and his team did two jobs for me. The first was to replace old slabs in my garden and replace these with new tiles. The job was completed quickly and to a very high standard despite poor weather, completely transforming the back garden into a much more usable space. The second job was to repair damp inside the house where plaster had been damaged in a number of rooms and to refresh paint on other walls prior to renting out the property. Again, Andrzej and the team finished very quickly and to an exceptionally high level. On both jobs, Andrzej communicated very clearly on time, requirements, materials and price. He consulted with me throughout the job and advised of issues or additional requirements - all of which were necessary and improved the overall finish. After the works were completed, Andrzej left the house and garden very clean and came back after a few days to check on any issues. I would highly recommend EPD-Iwan for interior or exterior jobs and would happily hire Andrzej again.

I have found these guys as the best so far in my experience. Patient, paid extreme attention to details even things I missed, very cooperative, dedicated, kind and I mean, they are good.
