Kitchen ceiling below was flooded, lights in wrong place, tiles uneven, grout splashes left, exterior pipes left secured with nails instead of clips, shower tray left filthy and slanted away from the waste, but worst was a bathroom light was left with earth and neutral wires swapped even though they said they had checked it. Etc, etc.

Very pleased with the bathroom refit. Old suite removed and replaced, but with only one toilet in the house Darren made sure that he always left the toilet functioning, over bath shower fitted, with pressure pump under bath, tiled around wet area and half way round remaining area, floor tiled. Darren worked alone and always left everything tidy, he didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't want or need and was helpful in suggesting suppliers. Darren is reliable and a nice, easy going guy.

Need to refurbish my bathroom. The work includes, removing the drywall (water seeping), waterproof(tanking slurry etc) and installing tiles directly on the brick wall. Tiling to be done on the walls, floor and under the bathtub too. Install a bathroom vanity unit (will buy this one if required) and a wall mirror. Will need to paint the ceiling with anti mould paint. Can show and describe what needs to be done when you visit. Would prefer somebody registered with the appropriate building organizations. Need the builder to have insurance, will not use somebody without insurance. I am free in the evenings after 7 on weekdays and always around on the weekends.

Fraudulent Romanian builder. Tried to cut corners and when I started inspecting and asking him to fix things, wanted to increase the quote, then what we had agreed on. I told no and he stopped coming to finish the work. Shoddy workmanship to say the least.

We initially intended for Wito to do a big renovation job (bathroom renovation and floor fitting) but before we communicated this to him we decided to test him on a smaller job which was to remove some partition wall and reposition one radiator. For this he changed 600 + materials which is way above any quote we got – but hey we thought given the rating- he would be hassle free. Nevertheless, he turned out to be a nightmare. I do not trust these reviews.. COWBOY builders. STAY AWAY.

Dave is not a plumber, he is a handyman who talks a good game. We employed him to take out an old shower unit and fit and tile a new one. We were left with a shower that is poorly fitted, no hot water and leaking. His grouting is shoddy and needed to be re-done. He didnt turn up on time and spends a lot of time chatting and giving advice. His work was poor-quality, untidy and inadequate. We are now having it all re-done by someone else.
