This company were disappointing. I had to refit the bath panel and chop out some of the architrave as it was twisted and poorly fit. The tiles were messy looking and unfinished. They didn't turn up to fit the shower screen as agreed, no explanation.

As we were not there in the day, whilst guys undertook the work, Octavian would update us by phone and/or text each evening. Take out toilet and basin (they are side by side) and replace with fitted furniture 1800mm long. Refit toilet and basin in the same place. Change radiator for a new one (same place). Remove all tiles and plaster board, then re-plaster board room and fit new tiles (about 25 meters). Tiles will probably be 600mm X 300mm size. Not touching ceiling or floor. Near Kings Heath, Birmingham. We would like to see some pictures of your previous workmanship please. And we would like a full job price please, not day rate.
