we had a terrible experience with Stuart. He doesn't seem to even have basic knowledge or skills in plumbing, or tiling, or bathroom fitting. He kept blaming mistakes on his young co-worker. we were left having to re-do almost everything he had touched. when we asked for compensation or to come back and fix the mess he had made he became 'ill' and couldn't come back for 6 weeks. never heard from him again. AVOID.

Stuart Otter is a first class bodger and liar ,his work is very poor ,fitted a cheap mixer tap that he said was thermostatic which was not ,shower leaked ,toilet no secured to floor sink unit wobbles I have had to correct all these at extra expense ,shower boards damaged screws for shower missing ,yes he works hard at doing a very bad job ,

Nick and Debbie are really friendly and accommodating, and were able to creatively think their way around problems that arose with our old building. The shower was finished on time and on budget and fits well with our tudor house. In short ND builders are excellent and I would thoroughly recommend them.
