I was so disappointed to have this team work on my bathroom refresh as they had come to view the work and seemed competent enough Sadly, the fitters were sub-conned and were extremely incompetent: they put fixtures on upside down, their grouting was patchy, and their fitting of the bath panel was extremely shoddy. And even worse, they took materials I supplied and helped themselves to drinks, food and fruit. And the foreman did not try to rectify the problems. Really awful. Avoid.

In March Octavian finished my bathroom and it looked amazing! His last words to me were "let me know if you have any problems". There were problems and Octavian initially said he was very busy and would get back to me! He never did! Now, he is completely out of contact. The grouting on the floor tiles has crumbled and the grouting around the edge of the shower and toilet looks as if it has shrunk! Octavian has made me feel as if my bathroom is a bit of a shambles and I feel ripped off! Do not use Octavian!

This company were disappointing. I had to refit the bath panel and chop out some of the architrave as it was twisted and poorly fit. The tiles were messy looking and unfinished. They didn't turn up to fit the shower screen as agreed, no explanation.

All upplie already bought....labour only. 1x week for each room so 2 week work! enuite: fit steam shower, full tile 2 walls and half tile one wall, tile floor, change light, take out old toilet and sink and replace with new change radiator. bathroom: fit jacuzzi bath, fully tile 2 walls and 2 half walls and floor, change lights, keeping old toilet and sink just need new taps fitting change radiator. No ridiculou quotes...from a plumbing family so know how much it should roughly cost...can tart with immediate effect if anyone is interested. cash if preferred/ or doing it own time etc.

Worked through any problems and kept us informed all the way through. Standard of work was excellent and after the job was completed, when a couple of issues arose, these were resolved quickly and without issue. Will be using him for further jobs soon.

The owner insisted I pay cash for the job, although it was never agreed. He has refused to give me a receipt for the work and as yet has not finished the job and doesnt look like he is going to. The builders turned up after 10.30 each day although they said they would be starting between 8 and 9 which made me late for work each day. Would not recommend or use them again
