Triton electric shower is leaking when used. Shower head does not stay in position when in use, tending to slide downwards. It is positioned on the tiled end wall of the shower cubicle at the end of the bath. There will be some restoration work. Job as soon as possible, already lost a fortnight to a failure to turn up by a chap who was efficiency itself on phone. Bathroom approximately 6ft 6in by 6ft 6in.

He left the bathroom in immaculate order and the Mira he fitted is well ahead of my old Triton. Cost was rather less than he had quoted. He had a cup of coffee and left to deal with his next customer. He is in demand and deserves to do well.

I hired Dave for multiple small projects in my house. First one went fine. Then in subsequent projects they left some unfinished work. In the last project he informed me that the work is fully done and when dishwasher arrives he'll fit it (included in the pricing). He took the money in advance and I trusted and gave the full payment. He kept delaying for various reasons and then stopped responding at all. Looks like he doesn't care once he has the money and left the job half done.

Andrew took on a half completed bathroom refurb and did a brilliant job in spite of problems encountered, - walls not straight, previous plumbing a bit suspect. Communication was great and he came when he said he would ! Gave advice and was very friendly and professional. remove shower tray and bottom layer of wall tiles. refit shower tray flush against wall and replace tiles on wall so that they terminate at the top of the tray instead of below the level of the shower tray. have persistent issue of water leaking out of the shower and through the floor to kitchen below ever since shower cubicle was replaced.

after contacting them through this site they phoned me straight away to arrange a suitable time to assess the job. they managed to visit later that day to assess and the quote was provided shortly afterwards. The quote provided a reasonable breakdown of the work being undertaken which I found a good checkpoint to confirm that what we needed doing was understood by Ideal Building. The quote was within our budget range and so a date was agreed. they turned up on the agreed date and did a good job.

Took twice as long as quoted (on day rate) walked off job after I complained - totally unfinished, unfortunately . Tiling has had to be redone in lots of areas - gaps and uneven, electrics condemned by electrician, may be ok for small jobs but do not allow to do anything bigger than a leaking sink. Hope I save one person from making the same mistake I did.

Fit new extractor fan. Retile all the walls. Remove bath and fix floor. Install shower cubicle. New Mira mixer on existing pipework. New sink and toilet on existing pipework. Fit waterproof flooring - like hardwood floor but it is plastc. Room is very small 1.65 x 1.9m. Ceiling at 2.4m. Price for supply and fit or just fitting and I will buy the suite. If you tell me you can start work tomorrow I'll be worried. I'm happy to join a queue for a good quality job ... many thanks John
