After 5 weeks of waiting since the "finish" of the job our bathroom is still unfinished. Tall cupboard still not provided, although paid for, small cupboard to hide large WC pipe still not fitted, tiles at the end of the shower are losing their grouting, tiling around window very poor, two caps on shower fitting missing and the pipe under the basin was leaking (now sorted by my partner, as was the poor grouting.) Got what we paid for - cheap job!

Nigel had to undo the extremely poor/bad work of a previous guy. He viewed the job, listened to what we had to tell him and subsequently gave us a very reasonable quote which we accepted. He arrived on the agreed date at the time appointed and got stuck in. No complaints from him even when he hit unexpected snag/s. I was so disappointed to have this team work on my bathroom refresh as they had come to view the work and seemed competent enough Sadly, the fitters were sub-conned and were extremely incompetent: they put fixtures on upside down, their grouting was patchy, and their fitting of the bath panel was extremely shoddy. And even worse, they took materials I supplied and helped themselves to drinks, food and fruit. And the foreman did not try to rectify the problems. Really awful. Avoid.
