Becasue of a water leak over time the inner wall that seperates the utily room and the shower room has been damaged. Both sides of the wall need to be rebuild / repaired. The shower tray needs to be lifted and then reseated and sealed to make water tight.

Mike was available at short notice, reasonably priced under the circumstances, and OK to have in the house with the children. He did a small bathroom: new bath, basin, and tiling. He is good at tiling. One reservation- he attached the basin to the tiled wall only with silicone. This might be considered normal, but the bolt holes are there for a reason! He also left a few small details unfinished. All in all- fair job given we needed it done quickly.
