As soon as the units were delivered he gave us a date and time when he was able to fit them. He turned up on time and did a Rolls Royce job of fitting them. He is a very pleasant person to work with, he turns up on time, he leaves the place clean at the end of each day and I can certainly recommend him. I shall be using him in future.

In March Octavian finished my bathroom and it looked amazing! His last words to me were "let me know if you have any problems". There were problems and Octavian initially said he was very busy and would get back to me! He never did! Now, he is completely out of contact. The grouting on the floor tiles has crumbled and the grouting around the edge of the shower and toilet looks as if it has shrunk! Octavian has made me feel as if my bathroom is a bit of a shambles and I feel ripped off! Do not use Octavian!
