Take out toilet and basin (they are side by side) and replace with fitted furniture 1800mm long. Refit toilet and basin in the same place. Change radiator for a new one (same place). Remove all tiles and plaster board, then re-plaster board room and fit new tiles (about 25 meters). Tiles will probably be 600mm X 300mm size. Not touching ceiling or floor. Near Kings Heath, Birmingham. We would like to see some pictures of your previous workmanship please. And we would like a full job price please, not day rate.

The Job I presented Stan with wasn't easy. He had to take out a bath and replace with new. The position of the bath was difficult, being between two end walls and a pipe covering box. Stan achieved the result with minimal damage. He easily made good of any broken tiles and actually improved the framework around the bath.
