I was so disappointed to have this team work on my bathroom refresh as they had come to view the work and seemed competent enough Sadly, the fitters were sub-conned and were extremely incompetent: they put fixtures on upside down, their grouting was patchy, and their fitting of the bath panel was extremely shoddy. And even worse, they took materials I supplied and helped themselves to drinks, food and fruit. And the foreman did not try to rectify the problems. Really awful. Avoid.

I liked the fact that we discussed every stage of the work and they made sure we were happy with what they wanted to do before they did them. And when I pointed a few things that could have been done better, they just corrected them. I will be calling them back for another job.

In March Octavian finished my bathroom and it looked amazing! His last words to me were "let me know if you have any problems". There were problems and Octavian initially said he was very busy and would get back to me! He never did! Now, he is completely out of contact. The grouting on the floor tiles has crumbled and the grouting around the edge of the shower and toilet looks as if it has shrunk! Octavian has made me feel as if my bathroom is a bit of a shambles and I feel ripped off! Do not use Octavian!
