He has taken ?580 from me for an unfinished bathroom refit that consisted of an unevenly tiled floor , 3 damaged walls , a drive completely full of waste and an extra ?1000 on the price for a new builder to fix the issues Calvin left behind when he decided he no longer wanted to finish the job. For your own sake do not employee this man OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!

I am happy that Dave came to my rescue and took over the process of remodeling my bathroom, as I had no clue how to handle it. I gave him the keys to the house and let him do the work. If he needed to make me aware of a problem, he waited for me in the evening to explain and suggested a solution. He stayed calm when he had to break the floor. Take out toilet and basin (they are side by side) and replace with fitted furniture 1800mm long. Refit toilet and basin in the same place. Change radiator for a new one (same place). Remove all tiles and plaster board, then re-plaster board room and fit new tiles (about 25 meters). Tiles will probably be 600mm X 300mm size. Not touching ceiling or floor. Near Kings Heath, Birmingham. We would like to see some pictures of your previous workmanship please. And we would like a full job price please, not day rate.
