My elderly mum had a bad experience and desperately needed someone to finish her bathroom. J&J agreed to do so. Onlly went 2 days and never returned claiming not to have a car!!! My mum offered to pay for a rented one. Luckily they didn?t agree as she found someone really good who spent a whole day redoing the work J&J did.(they charged ?500) They owe my mum ?50 for a door she paid them for and never got. contacted them and they sa?d they didn?t care. Hope they give my mum the money. Not good!!

I got quotes from high street bath stores and for the same quality fittings he did the whole job for half the price. If there are any niggles, he comes back and sorts them out. I will use him again for other projects.
