From start to finish Paul never turned up on site when he said. He told us he had family problems, however, never contacted us until mid morning on the days when he should have been here at 8am and that was only to advise us that he wasn't coming at all. Job was incomplete as electrics were not completed and the overall finish was appaling. Some tiles round by the sink wasn't even grouted and Sink and shower are both unesable at present because they have had no waterproof sealant put around them
